Opportunity for an engineering recruitment specialist, to manage a team of consultants for a leading recruitment agency based in central Bristol. You’ll be joining a strong firm, with a great reputation and a loyal base of clients.
We’re seeking a proven engineering sector recruiter. Ideally you’ll have managed people before – providing support and coaching to others as needed. While you won’t need to be the highest biller in the team, you’ll be comfortable maintaining your own portfolio of clients and contributing with some placements personally.
This is a great opportunity to join a friendly recruitment business that is in a strong financial position with a bright future. This is a varied role and you’ll have plenty of autonomy on a day‑to‑day basis. You’ll be able to work from home 2 days per week / in the office 3 days per week.
