The Director will lead the launch and ongoing operation of the AI Economics Institute (AIEI), ensuring it is embedded in senior teams across HM Treasury and DSIT and aligned with policy agendas.
You will design the operating model, lead financial planning, recruit senior staff, establish governance with HMT and DSIT, and set the initial research agenda.
The role requires strategic clarity, delivery focus and strong public value, with a team based across London and other locations.
