Senior Change Manager — Transformation Programs

BearingPoint United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant in Change Management to join our People & Strategy team in London. You will lead change workstreams within large-scale business and technology transformation programmes, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and owning delivery across defined areas.

You will shape approaches, manage delivery, guide teams, and contribute to capability growth, mentoring junior consultants and advancing methodologies across the UK practice.
