Lead Engineer – Innovation & Grid Solutions

SP Energy Networks in Glasgow is seeking a Lead Engineer to head the Innovation Team within the Process and Technology organisation. You will drive the strategy and delivery of engineering solutions for transmission and distribution networks in a fast-evolving energy landscape.

You’ll work with complex stakeholder groups, regulatory awareness, and ensure safety and governance across projects, reporting to senior leadership and shaping BaU integration.
