You will prepare cost plans and tender submissions for schemes from £500k to £10m, coordinating with design, commercial and delivery teams to secure competitive bids.

You will attend client meetings, pitch solutions to win work, review drawings, manage tender processes, and ensure a seamless handover to delivery teams
