Senior Practice Development Midwife – Training Lead

Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Practice Development Midwife (Band 7) for a 30‑hour job share role. You will lead education, training and practice development across maternity services, advising clinicians and shaping policies with CPD support.

The post requires active NMC midwifery registration, newborn exam capability and NLS/GIC qualifications, with on‑site duties and on‑call work as needed.
