Resident Liaison Lead, Planned Maintenance (London)

Axis, part of Axis CLC Group, is recruiting an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to support the Westminster contract from our NW6 site. You will travel to properties across London to coordinate planned maintenance works in occupied homes while ensuring clear communications and positive resident experiences.

You will work closely with project teams, clients and residents to resolve queries, maintain records and promote continuous improvement.
