Tenant Engagement & Co-Creation Lead

CIH International Housing Group is seeking a Tenant Engagement Officer to drive customer involvement in decision-making and service improvement. You will design and deliver customer scrutiny, share tenant feedback, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to embed the customer voice in housing service delivery.

The role focuses on building relationships, leading collaborative projects, and embedding co-creation across Housing Services.
