Countess of Chester Hospital is looking for a full-time Estates Maintenance professional to join the Estates Management team. The role focuses on delivering a proactive maintenance service across a complex estate and supporting the Trust’s objectives.
You will be building services electrical trade qualified, organise planned and reactive maintenance, manage documentation, budgets, and coordinate with outsourced providers. The position includes on-call duties as required.
