Senior Bid Manager – Public Tenders (UK) | Hybrid

Endeavour Recruitment seeks a Senior Bid Manager with public tender experience to lead end-to-end bid processes for a high-value UK government programme. Based in Milton Keynes with a hybrid work pattern (2–3 days on site) and a 12+ month contract.

You will coordinate a large international team (>15) across Europe, including a UK-based unit, and collaborate with Proposal Managers to shape opportunities, drive bids, and ensure compliant, winning proposals.
