Senior Workplace Experience & Facilities Lead

Coventry Building Society is seeking a Senior Workplace Officer to join our Workplace Experience Centre of Excellence at Binley, Coventry. The role focuses on creating a productive, collaborative environment and ensuring offices operate smoothly, safely and efficiently.

You will monitor facilities, support day-to-day colleague experience, manage incidents, and escalate issues as required, working onsite 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday.
