Mimecast Services Ltd based in London seeks an EMEA BDR Enablement Manager to shape how our Business Development Representatives ramp, learn, and win—coaching, programs, and content that translate every first call into a strong pipeline.
You will own onboarding for new BDRs, build playbooks and training materials, partner with Marketing and Sales Ops to convert campaigns into BDR-ready assets, and use data to improve ramp time and productivity across the region.
