Neurodiversity & SEND Strategy Lead – Education & Skills

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Neurodiversity Support Manager to lead the prison’s neurodiversity strategy at HMP Peterborough. The role focuses on ensuring education, skills and work opportunities are accessible for prisoners with neurodivergent needs and SEND requirements.

The candidate will drive strategic implementation, monitor quality against Ofsted and HMPPS standards, analyse progress data, and deliver staff training to promote inclusive practice.
