Role Overview
We’re hiring a strategic Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, roadmap and delivery of the ServiceNow platform, with particular accountability for the enterprise products and capabilities supporting IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
What You Will Do
- Own the product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management of the ServiceNow platform and associated ITOM and ITAM products.
- Act as the technology product leader for ServiceNow, ensuring the platform delivers maximum business value, operational efficiency and user experience.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing enterprise technology platforms and delivering business outcomes through digital products and services.
- Strong product management expertise combined with experience of the ServiceNow platform, ideally within IT Operations Management, IT Asset Management, IT Service Management or Enterprise Technology environments.
- Ability to communicate a compelling product vision and align diverse teams around shared outcomes.
- Collaborative and decisive leadership experience defining product strategies, shaping roadmaps, prioritising investment and driving value realisation.
- Security Clearance (SC) and British residency for the last five years.
