We’re looking for a Project Support Officer to help us connect with schools, support our partners and make sure our programmes run smoothly from first contact to final delivery.

What you’ll be doing
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the heart of our programme delivery, building relationships and keeping everything on track:
- Identifying and engaging schools that meet funder requirements, through research, outreach and relationship‑building
- Speaking with teachers to promote our free STEM activities, including STEM Days, Think Kits and student opportunities
- Building strong, lasting relationships with schools and STEM leads
- Supporting funded projects by coordinating school lists, tracking progress and ensuring all requirements are met
- Liaising with companies, volunteers and STEM ambassadors to support programme delivery
- Managing logistics for STEM Days, including booking deliverers and ensuring everyone has the information they need
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system and keeping data up to date
- Preparing reports and impact data to share with funders
You’ll play a key part in making sure our programmes reach the right young people and deliver real impact.
About you:
- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
- A confident, professional approach when building relationships
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
- A target-driven or sales-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
Bonus (but not essential)
- Experience in outbound sales or customer engagement
- Experience using a CRM system (e.g. Dynamics 365)
- Knowledge of the UK education system
- Understanding of data protection and GDPR
