Retail Customer Experience Leader — Front & Ops

Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd in West Belfast is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead day-to-day operations across the store, from checkout to back-of-house, delivering on our commitments to customers.

You will manage front-end and petrol station operations where applicable, develop the team through performance coaching, scheduling, and disciplinary processes, and step up to run the store when required to ensure excellent service.
