AI-First Software Engineer – End-to-End & Independent

Modern Democracy is seeking a Software Engineer to join our engineering team in the UK. You will build software using AI agents, contribute to code reviews, and take ownership of features end-to-end.

The role reports to the Head of Engineering and collaborates with operations and sales to understand what we are building and why. You’ll ship features end-to-end with AI agents, own components, and participate in architectural discussions while improving testing, observability, and CI/CD.
