Remote Rust AI Prompt Engineer (Freelance)

Mindrift is a remote-friendly freelance platform connecting specialists with AI projects. We seek a Rust-focused engineer who can work independently, manage complex guidelines, and deliver high-quality prompts and evaluations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in software or CS, at least 3 years’ Rust experience, code reviews, and strong English (C1). You will generate prompts, define scoring, and help improve AI models on your own schedule.
