Staff ML Engineer – Gaia Video World Model (Hybrid)

Wayve in London is seeking a Staff ML Engineer (Gaia) to own and drive training for frontier-scale world models in-house. You will lead initiatives that push the boundaries of video/world-models, shaping next versions of Gaia in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

The role requires strong hands-on ML engineering, deep knowledge of model architectures, and a track record of scaling training at scale across multimodal data.
