Location: Across Lowestoft & Great Yarmouth Campuses

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Salary: Band L Point 36 £40,630.09 – Point 41 £46,675.20 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Are you passionate about supporting students in achieving their ambitions and thriving throughout their college journey? East Coast College is seeking an experienced and inspiring Student Services Manager to lead our Student Services provision across all campuses. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the student experience, leading a dedicated team that delivers outstanding careers guidance, wellbeing support, student engagement and enrichment activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the Student Services provision across all campuses.
  • Manage a dedicated team delivering careers guidance, wellbeing support, student engagement and enrichment activities.
  • Shape the student experience and drive programs that support student success.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Passion for student wellbeing and success.
  • Experience within education.
  • Understanding of careers programmes and partnerships.
  • Commitment to Safeguarding.
  • Minimum Level 2 or equivalent in English and maths (must be able to evidence this qualification).
