Requirements
- Proven project management experience delivering multiple concurrent projects from inception through to implementation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing budgets, risks, resources and project governance
- Ability to influence at all levels and drive projects to successful outcomes
- PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent qualification desirable
- Experience of technology, operational improvement or business change projects would be advantageous
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver a range of business-critical projects across operational, technology and change environments
- Deliver a portfolio of strategic projects within the first 12 months
- Build credibility with senior stakeholders
- Implement improvements that enhance operational performance, customer outcomes and business efficiency
- Bring together diverse teams and navigate complexity to ensure projects achieve their intended outcomes
