Junior-Mid Cyber Audit Consultant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior-Mid Cyber Audit Consultant to join a long-term MOD programme, supporting the delivery of cyber assurance and compliance activities across complex defence environments.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid grounding in cyber audit who is looking to further develop their career within an experienced consultancy team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and conducting audits of customer processes and systems to assess compliance against frameworks such as CAF and Go Assure.
  • Supporting and, where appropriate, leading audit activities, ensuring findings are thoroughly documented and evidenced.
  • Producing high-quality cyber assurance and audit reports, communicating findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
  • Working collaboratively with customers to develop and implement effective corrective actions following audit outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate audit documentation and records throughout the audit lifecycle.
  • Keeping up to date with evolving regulatory requirements, industry best practice and cyber assurance standards.

Experience Required

  • Cyber audit or cyber assurance.
  • Producing technical cyber reports and documentation.
  • CAF and/or Go Assure (or similar assurance frameworks).
  • MOD or wider UK Government environments (desirable).

In Return

  • £450 per day Inside IR35.
  • Corsham / Hybrid working.
  • Initial 9 Month Contract with extensions to follow.
  • Ongoing Mentoring, training and development.
