Founding AI Engineer — TS-First, Enterprise AI, Equity

Plan:it is seeking a founding-level AI Software Engineer to join an early-stage, well-funded AI company in Central London, with hybrid work and a base salary up to £85,000 plus up to 5% equity. You’ll own the AI layer of a TypeScript-first product used by enterprise clients in a regulated industry, reporting directly to the founder.

The stack includes Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and LangChain/LangGraph.
