Job Description

As a Staff Engineer at throxy, you will lead the development of our AI-powered sales infrastructure, moving beyond simple tools to deliver guaranteed revenue outcomes. You’ll own end-to-end projects—from custom scraping engines to autonomous calling systems—working alongside a senior, AI-augmented team to scale a business already seeing monthly growth.

What You Will Do

• Architect and build a next-generation dialer infrastructure from scratch, integrating autonomous AI agents at the core of the calling experience.
• Develop an AI inbound SDR system capable of autonomously handling thousands of monthly callbacks to qualify leads and book meetings.
• Engineer sophisticated intelligence layers and custom prospecting engines that extract signals from calls to optimize targeting and lead generation logic.

The ideal candidate

• Possesses a deep computer science background and is a full-stack generalist with expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and AWS environments.
• Demonstrates 1.5+ years of experience using AI development tools like Cursor or Claude and has built multiple end-to-end products from scratch.
• Exhibits a player-coach mentality, having previously led technical projects at high-calibre companies like Stripe, Revolut, or FAANG while remaining hands-on in execution.
