Outdoor Adventure Residential Worker (4-on/7-off)

Keys Group welcomes applications for residential care roles supporting children aged 8-18 in adventure and outdoor activities. You will build nurturing relationships, support a 12‑week programme, and lead activities from mountain biking to bushcraft.

The role requires 21+ years with a full UK driving licence, 39 hours weekly in a four-on / seven-off pattern (sleep‑ins included). Enhanced DBS check provided; accommodation and meals during four working days are supplied.
