Salary: £30,000 – 36,000 per year

Requirements

  • Proven experience in system administration of Microsoft 365.
  • Hands‑on experience managing Active Directory, Azure AD, SharePoint Online, and Office 365 applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for infrastructure management.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash for automation tasks.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential for collaborating with team members and supporting end-users.
  • Previous experience in IT support or administrative roles with a focus on system analysis and troubleshooting is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Azure AD to ensure seamless user authentication and resource access.
  • Monitor and optimise system performance across Windows Server environments.
  • Maintain system documentation and perform regular updates on Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Provide technical support to end-users via email or chat, ensuring high levels of customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations such as SharePoint or Azure services.
  • Conduct analysis of system logs and network traffic to identify potential issues or security breaches.
