Part-Time Early Intervention Manager – Employment & Recovery

Re-Instate is seeking an Early Intervention Manager to lead the Early Intervention Employment Service. The role is 28 hours per week across four days, with an unpaid lunch break, on a fixed-term contract until 15 June 2029.

Based at 43/44 Riverside Shopping Centre, Erith, you will report to the CEO and drive client employment outcomes. The post holder will manage a team, deliver employment activities, engage employers, and provide strategic information to support decision making.
