Senior Cost Manager – Transport & Utilities Infrastructure

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join our UK Infrastructure team, delivering cost management and commercial leadership on major transportation and utilities projects. You will work closely with clients and contractor teams to monitor budgets, forecast costs and manage change.

The role requires extensive experience in NEC3/contract management, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead procurement and value engineering initiatives.
