Finance Controller: Lead Controls, Audit & Transformation

BAFTA is seeking a highly capable Financial Controller to lead the financial accounting function. Reporting to the Executive Director of Finance, this role ensures the integrity of financial reporting and control environment, and delivers statutory accounts and audits across the group.

You will oversee core accounting processes, drive finance transformation projects, and develop robust policies and controls to support growth and informed decision-making.
