Liverpool IT Support Analyst – 24/7 Incident & Service

CGI in Liverpool is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide operational support, handle incidents and service requests, and maintain high service levels. You will work onsite as part of a collaborative team, taking ownership of incidents and contributing to ongoing improvements.

You’ll communicate with clients and vendors, manage lifecycle activities, and participate in a 24/7/365 rota to keep critical services available and reliable.
