Willis Towers Watson (UK) is recruiting a Senior Pension Calculation Analyst to join the Outsourcing Business Solutions team. You will lead complex Defined Benefit calculations, mentor colleagues, and shape scalable calculation solutions for major DB schemes.

Based in London or another WTW office with a flexible hybrid model, you will collaborate across onshore and offshore teams, manage client expectations, and drive automation across the pensions lifecycle.
