Agile Delivery Specialist | JIRA & Change Coach

Ageas is seeking an IMO Analyst to bridge delivery teams and the change framework in a hybrid Eastleigh role. You will guide teams from traditional delivery toward transparent, outcome-focused work in JIRA, coaching stakeholders with Agile principles and translating objectives into epics, stories and roadmaps.

Responsibilities include maintaining the integrated plan, reporting to IMO and executives, and driving governance and tooling adoption across multiple teams within the Ageas framework.
