Job Description:
Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to provide expert practice within an adult Community Mental Health Team. The ACP will lead assessment, prescribing and care planning within agreed protocols, supporting MDT decisions and pathway development.
The role includes clinical governance, service development, supervision and participation in the Bronze rota. Core hours are 9–5, with potential weekend/bank holiday work.
