Ward Sister & Charge Nurse — End-of-Life Care Leader

Marie Curie is seeking an experienced Ward Sister/Charge Nurse to lead our nursing team at the West Midlands Hospice in Solihull. You will provide clinical leadership and deliver safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care for patients and families.

This permanent role is 37.5 hours per week with rotating day and night shifts, including bank holidays. The Band 6 salary is £39,959–£48,117 per annum, with enhanced rates for unsocial hours.
