Lead Children’s Ward Nurse & Patient Care Champion

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Registered Children’s Nurse to lead and support a ward team in delivering patient‑centred care. You will coordinate care on the ward and deputise for the Ward Manager, ensuring clinical practice standards, safety and evidence‑based care.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, address challenges with action plans, and contribute to audits and service improvements while supporting staffing rosters for safe levels.
