Senior ACP – Children with Additional Needs

Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust seeks an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join the Integrated Children with Additional Needs (ICAN) Service. The ACP will deliver high-level clinical expertise for children and young people with neurodisability, autism, and learning disabilities, within a multidisciplinary team across integrated locality hubs.
