Job Role

Are you passionate about supporting children, young people and families to thrive? Join our Family Hub team and play a vital role in delivering early help services that improve lives and strengthen communities. In this rewarding role, you’ll build positive relationships with families, deliver engaging group activities, provide practical support and guidance, and work closely with partner organisations to ensure families receive the help they need. Using a whole-family approach, you’ll empower parents, carers and young people to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with children, young people and families.
  • Good understanding of child development, safeguarding, and family challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a multi-agency team.
  • Evidence-based approach to help families achieve positive outcomes.
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
  • Receipt of DBS check (Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974).

Terms

This role is fixed-term until March 2029.
