Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking an autonomous Occupational Therapist to join the Rapid Emergency Assessment Care Team (REACT) in the NHS England region. You will assess patients in the A&E department and on medical wards, develop discharge plans and provide targeted interventions to prevent unnecessary admissions.
You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team, with opportunities for supervision, CPD time and involvement in service development.
