Patient Flow & Capacity Lead

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking a Patient Flow Lead to drive safe, timely patient movement across the Trust. The role collaborates with clinical sites, wards and discharge services to optimise bed capacity and reduce delays in admissions and discharges.

Responsibilities include leading flow processes, using data to identify risks, supporting discharge planning and contributing to governance and assurance for site operations.
