Independent Prescriber: Clinical Pharmacist, Primary Care

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is recruiting a Clinical Pharmacist Independent Prescriber to join our patient-facing primary care team in Tamworth. The role requires autonomous clinical assessment and the ability to manage a wide range of presentations within a supportive MDT.

You will prescribe safely within your scope, work with GP partners, and contribute to high-quality patient care, QOF/QIF objectives, and service improvements across multi-site branches.
