Alignerr is seeking an experienced Clinical Systems Analyst (AI Training) to evaluate and improve AI systems trained on healthcare content. Your hospital IT knowledge, EHRs, and clinical workflows will shape how AI understands medical scenarios.

This is a fully remote, hourly freelance role offering flexible hours (10–40 hours per week). You will review AI outputs, provide structured feedback, and work independently to help ensure safe and accurate healthcare guidance.
