Lead Fleet Engineer — Bus Depot & Team Lead

Stagecoach is seeking an experienced engineering leader to head a depot team in Peterhead. You will oversee a group of engineers responsible for maintaining a fleet of around 45 buses and coaches, while ensuring buildings and equipment are well managed.

You will manage resources, stock, recruitment, health & safety, and drive the development of the engineering team to enhance skills and service quality. This role combines leadership with hands-on technical oversight at the Peterhead depot.
