Workshop Manager – Fleet Performance & Team Leadership

Royal Mail is seeking a Workshop Manager (EL203) to drive Fleet performance and oversee maintenance services across the Fleet Workshops. The role requires strong leadership of a dispersed team, ensuring safety compliance and cost‑effective operations.

You will lead improvements, support ISO 9001 practices, and collaborate with Trade Union partners while flexibly covering multiple shifts and potential travel within the area of responsibility.
