24/7 Cloud Platform Operations Engineer (AWS)

Eckoh PLC in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Platform Operations Engineer to join our 24/7 operational team. You will own frontline triage across AWS-hosted SaaS and voice platforms and manage end-to-end incident lifecycle using Jira Service Management.

The role requires 2-4 years’ experience in supporting AWS production environments, strong Linux fundamentals, ITIL-aligned incident management, and ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid/remote setting.
