The Construction Index Ltd is seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join our social housing repairs and maintenance team in Cambridge and surrounding areas. You will lead directly employed tradespeople, manage day-to-day operations, and drive first-time fixes while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Based in Cambridge, the role offers a permanent, full-time contract with a company van, fuel card, annual bonus up to 5%, and 25 days’ leave plus holidays.
