Repairs Supervisor – Social Housing Maintenance Lead

WPS in Walton-on-Thames is seeking a skilled Repairs Supervisor to oversee responsive maintenance across social housing properties. You will lead a team of operatives, manage reactive repairs and void refurbishments, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to professional standards.

You will coordinate with tenants, housing teams and external contractors, monitor performance and reporting, and support scheduling and resource allocation. A DBS check may be required.
