Automation Maintenance Lead – Site Engineer

TXM Recruit is seeking a Lead Site Engineer in Chesterfield to manage a small team and coordinate maintenance on highly automated systems. You will oversee preventative and reactive tasks, plus CMMS activities, in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves handling electrical and mechanical maintenance, stakeholder engagement, budget tracking, and KPI reporting, with a Monday–Friday shift pattern and a 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm rotation.
