Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM / MRO) Consultant to support a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme within a complex engineering and manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering SAP PM/EAM solutions, particularly in Aerospace MRO, Asset Management, and SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP PM/EAM solution design and configuration for SAP S/4HANA.
  • Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops and promote Clean Core implementation.
  • Configure Technical Objects, Functional Locations, Equipment Master Data, Work Centres, Maintenance Orders, Notifications, and Preventive Maintenance.
  • Integrate SAP PM with MM, PP, QM, PLM, MES, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Support SAP ECC to S/4HANA transition, including coexistence and migration strategy.
  • Configure complex MRO subcontracting and refurbishment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation standards including CAA, EASA, FAA, ITAR, and AS9100.
  • Collaborate with architects, migration teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of hands-on SAP PM/EAM consulting experience.
  • Proven experience in at least 3 full SAP implementation projects, including SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration.
  • Deep configuration expertise in Equipment Master, Functional Locations, Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, Equipment BOMs, and Asset Management.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Activate and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working within Aerospace & Defence, Aviation Manufacturing, or Military Maintenance environments.

Preferred

  • SAP S/4HANA Asset Management Certification.
  • Experience with Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and FMEA.
  • Knowledge of engineering structures and SAP Asset Manager.
