Experienced Maintenance Engineer – High-Speed FMCG Plant

Henderson Brown Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a leading FMCG manufacturer based in North Lincolnshire. In a high-speed, high-volume site you will maintain production performance, diagnose faults, and drive improvements on packaging lines. The role operates on a 2 days 2 nights 4 off rotation, with a salary in the £49k–£54k band.

You will work closely with operations, carry out preventative maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance across electrical and mechanical systems.
