Regional Grounds Maintenance Contract Lead

Ground Control in Birmingham is seeking a Contract Manager to own regional contract delivery across multiple sites. You will lead end-to-end grounds maintenance delivery, build strong client relationships, and guide teams and subcontractors to meet safety, quality, and performance standards.

You will plan and prioritise operations, manage SLAs, and seek opportunities to grow the portfolio while maintaining excellent service levels. A full UK driving licence is required for regional travel.
